Empty Moments
All alone with my empty thoughts
Nothing left but the memories
Of when I had my best friend
I don’t know we ended up here
We made a mistake
Nothing much but the lies of this world
And I see how we loss what we had
The beauty of those moments together
I remember how we used to talk
All the fight and all the make up
The taste of those students food you make
Those moments your room was next to mine
All those places we will go when we were free
Can’t you see all those moments of thrive
Even thinking of our last moments
Can’t you see the love you left inside me
I was fighting it, even though I know
The pains I carry deep inside of me
Cause you’re not coming back
And you are not coming back
Now I learnt it’s time I move on
Because I’m still here breathing now
Am setting myself free right now
Not holding back anymore

Behind the Scene Commentary
So For this poem, i was cut up in a moment of sadness. It was that moment i wanted to face it and say goodbye to a lady i love so dearly. it was a rough relationship with a lot of misunderstanding, Ego, and Third parties.
the funny thing is she knows the poem was for her and two days after, she commented..
