CAN SOMEONE LOVE YOU AND STILL NOT CHOOSE YOU?!

A: “They loved me. I know they did. But they still didn’t choose me”.

B: “Then maybe they didn’t love you enough”.

A: “No… They did. I saw it in their eyes. In the way they held me like I was everything. But they walked away anyway”.

B: “Then how do you call that love? If you truly love someone, you stay. You fight”.

A: “Not always… Sometimes love isn’t the problem- it’s timing, fear, responsibility. They left because life got in the way, not because the love wasn’t real”.

B: “I don’t know. If they truly loved you, wouldn’t they have chosen you despite all that?”

A: “Maybe choosing someone takes more than just love. And sometimes, love just isn’t enough”.

B: “Then what’s the point of love if it doesn’t mean anything in the end?”

A: “Exactly. That’s what makes it cruel- how it can burn so brightly and still leave you in the dark”.
